FRIDAY NIGHT OPENING EVENT

Get in some good girlfriend time with a relaxed Ladies’ Night, followed by a brand-new TOFW opening event!

  • CHECK-IN PROCESS ***New this year, check-in by name***

    • Check-in hours are from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Friday night. If you are unable to check-in on Friday, we will offer a brief check-in Saturday morning between 8:30-9:30 a.m. 

    • Check-in by name at the WELCOME tables located in the Civic Lobby.

    • At check-in you’ll receive your event materials: wristband, tote bag, event workbook, and schedule.

  • Ladies’ Night: Enter to win prizes and discounts in the Deseret Book Event Store between 6:00-7:45 p.m.

  • TOFW Opening Event: Join us for An Evening with The Bonners beginning at 7:45 p.m. from the main stage.

SATURDAY MAIN EVENT

Return on Saturday morning to enjoy a power-packed day full of your favorite TOFW presenters. The days events will go from 9:30-4:30 with an 80-minute lunch break. Enjoy a full day of speakers and music from the main stage as you learn how to increase your spiritual capacity to receive revelation. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.

Event Details

SEATING

Please refrain from coming to the event earlier than necessary. It does not secure a seat in front.

  • You can find a seat once you have checked in and doors are open for the event hall.

  • All seating is general admission.  We’ve worked hard to make sure every seat at TOFW is a great seat! Our large screens and full audio coverage ensure every seat has great access to the event. 

  • Front sections are reserved for those who purchased the premium seat add-on during registration.    

  • The venue is required to attach chairs together in accordance with federal and state fire marshal regulations. If you desire additional space please locate a seat that has an available seat next to it.

GENERAL INFORMATION

When Should I Arrive?

We strongly encourage attendees to arrive no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 am on Saturday.  

Where is the Event hall?

The event will be held in the Civic Auditorium. Enter through the main entrance. Please dress appropriately for cold or wet weather while waiting outside for doors to open.

Where Can I Park?

TOFW attendees can park in the Student Lot north of the Civic OR in the south lots, OR on the street. When parking on street the city cautions you to obey all street parking signs and ensure that driveways are not even partially blocked as the city will call tow trucks. 

 **Carpooling is STRONGLY recommended.**

The curb in front of the Civic and the high school is a drop off area for the Civic ramp. There are ADA parking spaces available in the student lot north of the Civic.

Food

Concessions are available in the gym on Friday night and throughout the event in the 2nd floor lobby: chips, pretzels, trail mix, granola bars, and water Friday night. On Saturday they will offer fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, and muffins, in addition to their regular Lion House items. Food is not allowed inside the Auditorium. Bottled water is allowed.

Arugula Deli is pleased to be offering lunch for the 2019 Time Out For Women on Saturday, March 23th. If you are interested in purchasing a lunch, you may place your orders at http://www.aruguladeli.com/tofw.html or by phone at (208) 656-7784. Deadline for ordering is Thursday, Mar. 21 at midnight. You will pick up your order in the cafeteria at 12:00 pm. You have a choice of the following:

  • Meat Lasagna, with Garlic Bread $12

  • Tuscan Chicken Sandwich with a Side Salad $11

  • California Quinoa Salad with Grilled Chicken (GF) $11

  • Taco Salad with Shredded Beef (GF) $11

*All meals come with a drink and a Chocolate Chip Cookie.*

At the event, meals will be organized by the last name used during checkout (lines will be divided alphabetically).

Head’s Up!

Strollers are discouraged at this venue as they cannot be kept near your seat and there is no secure location to store them.

Event Store

There will be an event store during Ladies Night on Friday in the high school gym with a great selection of Deseret Book products, Sweet Salt Clothing, and more. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment.
